probably the aisin warner AW-4 unless the aussie XJs came with something different.

Here in the states, you would order an ATP B112 kit for that (that's the one I got anyways.) Not sure what brands you have over there but make sure it's the appropriate set before you drop the pan, it should look like the second pic in this thread: http://www.naxja.org/forum/showpost.php?p=243739279&postcount=6
If the filter (which is actually just a strainer according to many people) is not a metal housing unit shaped like that, and the gasket is not rectangular, they gave you the kit for the wrong auto trans. Happened to me the first time, the parts store's computer db was wrong.
