whats the name to the rubber bumper thing in the hatch?

for the life of me i cant figure out the name to those little adjustable rubber bump stop things for the hatch door to help make it fit more snug. and w/o the name i cant order them, i have looked all over the junk yard's but it seems like they are either gone already or they are all pre-96's. can anyone direct me in the right direction? toss me a link or name? thanks.
