Powertrax/Richmond warranty work - Time frame

So my no-slip locker is busted but under warranty. I know there have been a few guys on here who have sent it in to be replaced/repaired/whatever. how long does this take/did it take for you? I really wanna send it in tomorrow and have it ready for a run on the 3rd but i have no concept of the time itd take them

p.s. i would call them but i was out all day and didnt have a chance and clearly theyre closed sunday at 7pm :P

I broke the cross pin in my no slip and they replaced it no problem in about a week/ week and a half

When I broke the side gear and they said it was due to abuse not warrentied. I run 31's and 3.55's in my axels so how did I abuse it??? anyways I just welded the pieces up and all is good now
