Thanks! I went house shopping. We found a GREAT house, finally after 5 months of serious looking. Unfortunately the owner is in his 3rd year of a lawsuit with the developer over a groundwater problem the developer didn't address during the site prep for the subdivision. It is the closest thing we have found to being exactly what we want and is only 5 minutes from both of our workplaces. This is going to take some serious thought.
