Tranny oil line

Got a bad leak in my lower tranny cooler line (return) and bought a new line from justin at lithia. Got the old one off except for the line at the tranny, the thing will not come out at all, I tried everything people have said... squeeze, pinch, turn, pry, nothing works.

Has anyone done this before and know the trick. I went to kragen to see if they had the special tool that people have mentioned and they don't.

Have you tried pushing in on the line while squeezing those tabs together?

I used a combination of pushing in on the line and Vise-Grips on the plastic tabs.
