Camping up Farmington Canyon, Sunset BLM camp

I am going to be at the sunset camp site up farmington canyon. Will people be meeting up and leaveing "base camps" in the morning??? If so what time?

Well I = Fail... I thought it was up farmington canyon like two years ago.... on my waqy to the. Real base camp....
