Front end woes

My front end shifts left and right when I turn the wheel left or right and it also makes a clicking noise when turning Im going to crawl under it today and check it out. But just wondering what could cause this.
 
Sorry guys I put this thread in modified knowing it is lifted. It is lifted I dont know how much but I could probably run 33's. Steering is factory I think. I did not lift the jeep so Im not sure what all has been modified

i posted something in here then edited that in instead since what i posted didnt apply here
 
Nothing I could see has any play in it besides maybe the UCA's. could those cause this if the bushings are worn out
