rocker replacement questions

ok i kno there is alot of these out there so before you flame i have spent countless hours already searching but i haven't found a good write up yet about replacing the rockers with square tubing i have found alot that people just show you it afterwords but no detailed write ups so if anyone has any links to any would be greatly appreciated as i will be starting this mod really soon:farmer:
