Thanks guys, I'm doin' good. It didn't rupture, I got in there before it was at that point. Was in the OR for all of 30 minutes, definitely a quick surgery. the part that sucked was the prep. I didn't have anything to eat or drink for about 16 hours straight before the surgery. Then I still was not allowed to eat until about 10 this morning (surgery was at 5 pm last night). Eating fine now though. Will be able to have a nice turkey dinner next week.

They have me on percocet. I'll be laid up at the apartment for at least a week. Can't lift anything with any weight to it for at least that long. My boss came and saw me at the hospital. I am off all next week because of thanksgiving anyways. But he said if I needed more time then that, that he would make sure it was paid leave................:cheers:

Lol, tried to put the window down eh? I bought it like that. Have never gotten around to getting it fixed. Always just gets pushed on down the list. If you hold the button, you can push the window the rest of the way up with your hand. Have just gotten used to doing that I guess. My front pads have always looked fine to me. So I just figured it's my drums. And since the 44 has new discs, I wasn't too worried about it.................:D

I can't drive at all for about all of next week, doctor's orders. So the junk just gets to sit in the driveway 'til further notice............:eye:

Ooh an appendix I've been meaning to start collecting spare parts for myself just like the Jeep, Think maybe you could throw it in with the 8.25... :D Glad to hear your doing better a friend of mine was in the hospital three days for his appendix and it didn't burst either so its good yours went so smoothly. When you get ready to swap in that 44 let me know and your more than welcome to bring it up hear and use my lift to do it.

Glad to hear things went alright, DJ. It's crazy that they can perform that kind of surgery and only make a couple of small holes.
