lift question

hey wats i know i am about to get thrashed for this but my freind is getting a mj wit 33s and a lift and he wants to trade me rims tires and lift for my stock rims and tires off of my 01 xj will this work are is he crazy for suggesting this thanks for ya'll input

the rear springs will not be right. The mj springs are longer, and its spring under so have a steeper arch.
