Question about flushing coolant system

I am going to be replacing my radiator and waterpump tomorrow but I want to flush out the system as well. What is the best way for me to do this, with the old rad still in and then just swap in the new rad?

Yes. I would do the Prestone/Bar's Leak/Zerex radiator CLEANER, you put it and leave it for 3-6 hours, but you are dumping the radiator so the 15 minute flush should suffice. Just follow the directions, and when the flush is done drain and pull the radiator.
