Hey guys, My XJ is usually kind of hard to start, but today when I went to start it it just wouldnt. It just cranked. After I gave it a lot of gas it started but it sputtered and died. Tried again and gave it some more gas after it fired up and it sputtered for a second and then idled fine. Also I've been noticing that the Jeep is making a funny sound just sitting shut off. It sounds like a golf ball rolling in a bowl or something (I know that sounds silly) but it does. And right when I shut it off its really bad. I think my fuel pump may be just about gone.
