I'm in the northern Jersey area
I need a new or used radiator ASAP.
Without my daily driver I can't get to work

2001 Jeep Cherokee sport
4.0
automatic
Chrysler trans (I think)

How quick?

NAPA, Autozone, or Schucks/Oreillys probably can get you one the fastest, IF they don't have it in stock.

Hit NAPA tomorrow morning (or call them). You'll have it that afternoon. I've done 3-4 radiators in XJs/YJs...takes maybe an hour. Buy new clamps if they're OEM.

I've rebuild the cooling systems (rad, t-stat, hoses, fan clutch, water pump, belt, coolant) each time I aquire a "new" jeep. Less than $350, easy, a lot of peace of mind.

Clamps for what?
The OEM radiator is a single core right?

Holy sh@t, I almost broke off the lower transmission line removing the old radiator. Got lucky. Still need a replacement radiator though

I think he was thinking hose clamps.

And yes, single core unless your XJ was ordered with the HD cooling package. A two or three core is a nice upgrade.
