Changed my tranny seal while I had the engine out to replace with a rebuilt 4.0. Made a mistake of taking off the whole pump (see thread below).

Now have the engine and tranny mated and engine runs fine. On park and neutral its smooth. On reverse ok. On Drive, 3, and 1-2 its "gurgling" sound at idle and cruising diminishes. At first it was rougher even on reverse but checked fluid it was low. So now with the tranny topped off this is what I hear/feel.
Im afraid the gears are not meshing correctly in the tranny. What do you guys think?
