84 2.8 carb issues! need replacement!!

my 2.8 with 200,000miles is running like junk. took it to my mechanic and he said the carb is shot. do to cost of rebuilding i would like to know if there is a drop on replacement? tia!

There are drop in replacements available for your setup. Try RockAuto or other places like that. They are out there. HTH

I have one that I could sell to ya. It has 150,000 miles on it and I dont know if its been rebuilt or not. I know that some 2.8L had different carbs than others for some reason. And Mine is off of my 85.
