Yes. You don't even have to touch the trans/mount/crossmember, other than to lower the crossmember and install the spacers with longer bolts--done. Usually there is one bolt and one stud per side, just replace with four longer bolts.

yes, again the drop kit does not effect the relationship between the trans/mount/crossmember.
Be advised, there are two different trans mounts, one is 3" tall, the other is 1 1/2" tall--make sure you get the correct mount. The defining issue is if the exhaust hangar comes off the steel plate that is bolted to the transmission you need the 3" mount.
