$400-500 for the complete lift.
The rims might have sold already.(Sorry, not able to post pics, but can be seen at next months meet and greet).
The plans are 5.5" RE Extreme (+ an inch or so), long arms and my old 35's. I just need some TAD's and I can install my 4:88's that are sittin' in the garage. 8)

The tires are anywhere from 50-75% tread life (32x11.50 BFG Mud Terrains) and the rims are 15x8 with 4.75" back spacing, I don't the style or make.

Think the lift will fit a '97?
Does it come with the rear spring pack and all the stuff listed on RE's website. I might expect you to keep the brake lines if it had them.
Thanks.

Yes, it will fit a '97 and yes, it comes with the rear spring pack BUT the rear spring pack is a stock spring pack with an AAL and 1/2" block. It also has the extended/braided brake lines.
