Hey guys,
I am headed to Afghanistan sooner than expected, and would like to off load the heep before I go. It needs some work, which I don't have the time, money or kitchen pass to take care of, so my loss will be your gain. :bawl:
I am leaving in barely a month, and just can't justify spending the money to fix it and let it sit, plus I am taking the family on vacation and could use the extra cash.
On to to the details.
96 Cherokee
White with gray interior and removable doors.
4.0 HO, AW4 185,000 miles
5.5"ish lift with RE leafs, rustys' shackles, skyjacker coils and LCA's and BDS shocks all the way around.
unknown brand of sliders, mini stinger front bumper, and rear bumper/swing away spare mount.
Axles are an XJ D44/HP D30 with 4.56's, ARB's chromo shafts and diff skids all around.
Also has a Rustys' OTK sterring conversion which needs a shorter track bar, the last jeep it came off had a 8" lift, and there was no more adjustment in the track bar, so the track sticks out a little further on the pass side.
Two set's of 35" tires, and one set of 5 15" steel wheels. Tires are BFG AT's and some Goodyear yellow label MTR's.
Has a K&N intake, Banks header and flow master muffler.
Has a CD player with Ipod connectivity, 5.5" components and tweeters in the door, and 6X9"s in the cargo area.
The Bad:
The repairs that it needs are wheel bearings and ball joints on both sides. It also needs a SYE and CV shaft. I have a front shaft i was going to modify that you are welcome to. I bought the jeep at the current height, with no SYE, just a TC drop. I was a newb and didn't know better.
I think thats all it needs to be roadworthy right now. If I think of anything else, I will definetly post it up. I am not trying to rip anyone off, the Jeep does need work, and I know this. I want to try to get my asking price, because just in the last 4 months I have invested well over 3000 in the axles, high steer and one set of tires alone.....
If you have any other questions, feel free to shoot me a PM. Or you can call/text me at 254-415-1317.
Thanks, Scotty
