warn 8724 or bulldog 9000

im currently running a bulldog 9000 winch, works fine, no issues. but picked up a used warn 8724 for a smoking price. debating whether to keep the bulldog or switch to the warn 8724. btw the 8724 is a heavy sob. which one would you keep?

don't fix what isn't broke!

We have six 8724s, two mounted on both kill trucks with two sitting on the shelf ready to go as replacements. The motors are rebuilt locally, about $67 each time, everything else we do ourselves. The youngest winch we bought two years ago, used, all of the others are more than 20 years old. The kill trucks work five days a week Jan-May, and six or seven days a week Jun-Dec. These winches are used DAILY. That is endurance.

WTF is a Bulldog?

And yeah, Warn or STFU.

Only ever used an 8274.
