hey what vehichles have deep gears? like f250's f350's, dodge trucks, chevy, or whatever. like what gears do some of these have that i could get at a junk yard, re weld mounts and BAM not only did i not have to spend an arm and a leg for 4.56 gears but i got up graded axles too?

Most 3/4 & 1-ton trucks have 4.10 gear options.

You could look for a chevy forum, or search around on Pirate.

I had an 84 Chevy 1 ton 2wd with a FF 14 bolt with 4.56 gears. It had a 292 inline six with a 3spd auto and a propane conversion. (used to be a pittsburgh press truck)

You could always get the D30 and D35 (maybe an 8.25, I don't know) out of an XJ with a 2.5L and AW4; those axles would have 4.56s.
Don't some Isuzu D44s have stock 4.56s?

Don't some Isuzu D44s have stock 4.56s? Not to say its an impossibility, but I've never come across a 2.5L with an auto behind it...
Also, wouldn't the chevy axles be driver's side drop?

yeah i've looked at the junkyards around here(all 5 of them) and came up with no 2.5 wit a auto. and i dont want stock axles. i was going for the axles that are bigger better and had deep gears stock so all i would have to do is some re welding on the mounts and full width style! i dont know just though comein from a junk yard i could prolly get them for like 250-300 each and have paid less than a grand for beefy axles with gears and maybe even LSD(limited slip differential......LSD, yeah i know what some of you was thinkin!)
