Dakota vs J20 steering box questions

I'm upgrading the steering on my HP44. Due to the way I set up my steering, a hydro assist would be a pain. I have looked at postings about Dodge Durango/Dakota steering boxes and J20 boxes. Anybody have experience with either? The J20 might be easier to get. Are the ratios similar?

Real J20 boxes are hard to get as most parts stores will just give you a XJ box for a replacement. The Durango box seems to be working fine on mine. I didn't lose any steering range with the spacer issue, got it off car-parts.com for ~50 bucks. Ratios seems pretty close to my stock box.
