'93 xj, 4.0, 90k, should i replace the stock 02 sensor, or is that not an issue on the older ones like this?

Its a good idea, if its not bad, its on its way.
I just did both of mine on my '99 and got some jump back, with some lost MPG.
You only have one sensor, so consider it cheap insurance.
