i have a rear bumper a tire carrier that i need to sell.
To be honest, the tire carrier is not a stout as i would like it to be. The bumper is fine but for 33" tires there is a little too much flex in the carrier.
I would recommend this to someone with smaller tires or somebody that wouldnt mind spending the time to strengthen it.
the carrier uses tapered roller bearings in the pivot & has a duel stage lock handle. $350

Do you have any pictures of how it mounts or a link to the manufacturer?

Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know that I was the one that was going to buy it but I had to back out because of the boss (wife)....I feel like a schmuck for wasting his time so I figured I would at least try to help him sell it
