After came back from tibet, I decide to rebuild my 96 "old" jeep.

It is a 96 Nissan Y60, I cut it from 2970MM to 2620MM. that fit for the Cherokee body.

Quite impressive. How may points per side did you tie the body to the frame?
Did you plate the body any at the mounting points?
I'd like to know how this holds up with time.

That's actually a pretty clean "frame-swap"... Good job. Is there any reason you decided to do this?

It was the second time I drive to Tibet.
because of the terrible "road", I had a hard time to fix it in depopulated zone.

The normal dana 30/35 is not suitable to long distance offroad.

I use cherokee original 4.0L engine, with 5vz Manual Transmission(3vz is work same, but 5vz is stronger),3VZ Transfer Case.

there are 5 mounts per side, front light,A/B/C/D.

ARB Front/Rear Air Lock.

4.1:1 Gear with 285/75/R16 Cooper STT.
