I have to leave early from the SierraFest (Thursday the 22nd) so I will be going up a little early (Friday July 16th) to run the trails that I will be missing with the group (Slick Rock, Deer Valley, Corral Hollow) and others along the way (Mt. Reeba Ridge, Pacific Valley ect.). We plan on fishing and riding the ATVs as well.
Will anybody else be heading up early? I would love to meet up with some people so I am not alone on these trails.
I will be staying at my cabin at lake alpine, and there is camping just down the road right next to slick rock.

Mt. Reeba ridge is just across the street from slick rock, toward Bear Valley. Heading from Lake Alpine to Bear Valley, you make a right onto the road leading to the Bear Valley Ski Resort, and you will see the dirt road/trail head off to the right. Its a very easy trail but has some great views.
Pacific Valley is down Highway 4 toward Deer Valley (from Lake Alpine), just after the first set of switch backs. You will make a right into the Pacific Valley Campground, and continue to the very end to the trail head. It is a very short trail, and there isn't much to it.. just one little climb. It is maybe a mile or two long before you have to turn around (dead end).

Well the Pacific Valley Campground is right there at the trail head... I don't think there is much room to camp along the trail, maybe at the very end where you turn around.. but I'm not positive (its been a while). I don't believe there is any running drinking water. The trail is only a mile or 2 long, so it would probably be better to camp in the campground.

Thanks. Its a Thrush Welded Muffler - ~$30 (Flowmaster 40 knock-off)... just clamped it on and it cuts off right after the muffer (no tail pipe). My tail pipe is there so when i get rid of my t-case drop I can weld it back up.
Barney Riley tomorrow.. Im pumped!
