Ever since I sank my XJ it has a nice little tick, but goes away when it gets warmed up, wierd. But, my brother has a 92 xj engine that I could have. What are the differences between a 92 and a 95. The only thing I noticed is the oil filter is in a different place, can I use the adapter from my 95? What else is different? Thanks

The oil filter adapter is the same, its just clocked differently on either motor. The '92 longblock will work in the '95.
