I talked to Steven at the Harlan Campground a few minutes ago and he filled me in on what is still available as far as campsites, cabins, bunkhouses, etc.
He has the following:
20 campsites with water/electricity: 4 are reserved (3 campers/1 tent)
100 primitive campsites: 2 reserved
4 cabins: 3 reserved
1 farmhouse: still available
2 bunkhouses: still available
