engine trouble need help!

there is somthing odd wrong with my jeep xj its a 1991 high output automatic and the problem happens about 7 out of 10 times i drive it , it will drop idle then almots stall when first starting to accelerate , some times even stalling the engine , then will not start for a while after but will finaly start and seems liek its miss fireing then smothes out an is driveable again , iv replaced the air filter, cap, rotor, wires but nothign has changed any one have any ideas?

I would start off with cleaning the throttle body. Decarbon the engine with a good top end cleaner. Did it just start ? bad gas maybe ?
