99xj 4.0L 2wd

Ok posting for a friend here in town. He has a 99 2wd xj for sale. 189K Runs good. I did not drive it around any but I did hear the motor run. He is asking $2500.00 for it as it sits. Only thing I noticed was one of the headlight bezels was busted and there are holes where someone had tweeters in the door panels. He runs a salvage yard here in town and bought this one at one of the auctions. It is my understanding that it has a clear title and not a salvage one. Looks like it would make a nice DD.
