I think the person in the jag was alerting anybody who might be near or around the car they were about to hit.

There's another video from I believe the same street and a XJ gets involved in the wreck.

I can't understand the lady sliding down the street on her ass? When the car was coming and people warned her she just jumped right up and ran away?
