Had an RO that the lady was driving her van down the road and suddenly, her vehicle locked up, slamming her forward. Now, the vehicle barely moves. It was toed in.
So, brought it in. Certainly hard to move. Upon inspection on the drivers side front suspension, it was obvious she had gone off the road and hit something hard. Her tierods bent, struts bent, swaybar, control arm, gonna need a tire and a wheel, and some body damage.
Service called the customer to tell them it wasn't under warranty. The ladys husband picked up the phone and said he needed to see some scratches before he would allow the repairs. After being told there were indeed scratches, he hollared to his wife, "What the F*** did you do?!"
I can't wait to get married.:puke:
