OHV sticker question

ok so i am planning on going camping and wheeling next fridaay at lake arrowhead. would i needs to get a stcker even though im from out of state? and would my friends needs them for there vehicles even though there just there to camp?

i imagine that if you do require it they will have them for sale there. if you are just camping i doubt they will require them.

I know this, if you are in an area that requires the OHV sticker, it does not matter if you are from out of state or not. If the area requires the sticker, you must have one, or risk getting ticketed.

My OHV sticker is good in all states..Just like the tags on my car..

It's not in Texas I would bet...if there is some "universal sticker" I'd certainly be interested. I was asked and checked for my Texas sticker a couple times here. When I am out of state I try and check locally what is required and usually have to buy their "sticker"

Heck, the $8 goes to TPWD so why not have it just in case especially if you are off the beaten path often?

You only need the sticker for Bridgeport and Barnwell. And it NEVER was legal to wheel at Arrowhead. (So I guess you could say it happend a LONG time ago)
