I finally got around to putting the lift on my wife's XJ. It's the Tomken 4" lift. I still need to get an alignment, but it must be close, because it rides pretty good and tracks straight. The 235 tires look a bit dinky on it, but it has a turdy five in it, so I really do not want to change the gears until I get the 8.25 in it. The 8.25 has 3.55 gears and since it's a manual, they should be just about right for 31" tires. Here is a couple of pic's.

Well hopefully now you will not get your wife's heep stuck on Pole Hill of all places and take a strap form SKully. :D

3.55s with 31's on a 5spd is pretty much perfect as far as I'm concerned. I'm running that exact setup and am very happy with the way that it drives.

Yeah I figured that was going to be a good combo. Wheeling a manual with the wrong gear and tire size is no fun.

Yes. But the abs was acting weird so I pulled the fuse. It also has Yukon shafts. Nothing special on the shafts, just oem replacements.
