I installed a new set of rocker panels last year, and used at the time what I felt was a good rust stopper, ( permatex extend) on the inner panels. Since then I've seen its durability (or lack of) on other parts of my truck. I have used por 15 quite a bit and been very happy!! So question is:
Should I drill some holes and blow in por 15 into the rockers with a clean never used rustproofing gun, or should I use an oe grade automotive rustproofing? I have one liter of por 15, and 2 liters of liquid rustproofing

I've recently learned of Fluid Film (www.fluidfilm.com (http://www.fluidfilm.com)) and tried a couple of spray cans on areas of our 87 XJ. I liked the results so much I purchased 5 gallons of it and an undercoating gun.
I plan to use it as an undercoating on all of our vehicles. Likely will have to do it at least every year, but it sure looks to stop rust completely.
I sprayed some into the drain holes of doors & the rockers, it migrates with time and coats, so it should work well.
Have no vested interest in the product, but really like what I've seen so far.

I would drill some holes just for drainage anyways. I also spray on Boiled Linseed oil underneath the entire jeep before every winter (I really recommend for preventing rust).
With that said, I have always have had a hit or miss on POR-15 (I prep the same way every time). If it were me I would have painted the inside of the new rockers with POR before installing them. But now that they are on and you cant really prep the area, and I would not really trust the POR to stick.
So.....I would go to your local ACE hardware and pick up a couple of cans of "Zinc Primer" (not sure on the exact name of it). I have found it to hold up really well in the winter months. Then.....I would use POR after that....
