Hey folks it is that time of year again..Thats right it is meet and greet time..The days are getting warmer:D and the nights are getting real nice for a night run..:D..
APRIL 3RD 2010, the place hasn't been said yet, i was thinking BURGER TIME.. From there it is only about a 10 to 15 min drive to go out and play..So mark it down folks...

I would like to go with you all, however I don't have a Jeep in California. Would it be possible for me to ride along with one of you. I will be a spotter or take pictures or hook up tow straps or troubleshoot problems for you or whatever. I just want to get one wheeling trip in before I head to Afghan for a year.

I will say I am a dedicated yes unless the Army has a different plan for me that evening.

That's what I was thinking... It's every bit of two hours... maybe more cause your E. of Barstow I believe... I think it's more of a evening gig... grab a burger then out for a couple of hours... don't get me wrong I just want you to be informed of the time & distance...
Bottom line is if you make it I'm sure we'll get you a seat... HELL ! I'll buy your burger... and like I said I'll probably be solo.

I am pretty sure I am coming, 2 hours is just a short ride.

OK my Current Jeep is an 81 CJ-7 with a 258 straight six, TF999 trans, D300 transfer basically all stock with some 31" BFG AT's. I just bought it after I sold my XJ that I built while I was in Germany. My XJ was an 88 sitting on some 34" LTB's and 4.5" lift with a front aussie locker. I would have brought the XJ back from Germany with me but I just decided to sell it instead of messing around trying to get it perfectly clean in order to pass the customs inspection.

OK folks..
The wife and i pre ran a nice little loop for after the meet and greet..This has some easy stuff plus harder stuff with by-passes for the one that want them..If you don't want to take your rig on the trail thats fine, i'll have a seat or two open...You can air down at my house then re-air at my place...Here some pics of the stuff we can play in..
These are all of the wifes jeep, running about 4" of lift on 32's..Yes she is driving it..

This is just a small little run..
I think a stocker can do the run..Just air down..
100% is a cake walk, it is the off shoots that are the fun parts..I'll run you thru the blind slide, it is a fun SLOW ride..It isn't long at all..

I'm hoping to flush my coolant and clean the interior (got to in order to fully spray the carpeting and seats to try and rid it of the cat pee smell) and then align it properly. Straight ahead means 1:30 on the steering wheel. :D

This isn't that hard of a run...You may bang a rail or 2..I don't do body damage to other peoples rig..So it is like i said, easy run or you can take the harder way...You want body damage thats going to have to be a different day...This is a great little run with some hard stuff..Hell i can turtle you if you want...LOL..

thanks for the m & g it was great to meet u all sorry i had to cut out but my heep was over heating plus having 4 racing slicks did not help...so i went to my ants down the street and flushed the radiator steel over heating tho any ways did any one get pulled over by the sheriff? he pulled me over on the dirt road but he was cool. he didn't look at my d.l. or my papers he just wanted to no who was in the canyon and if i seen a blue toyota tundar.
