TnT longarm replica

I am wanting to swap in d60's this summer. my xj will be getting a new life, starting from scratch. clean up the under carriage to nothing, sleeve the frame with 1/4". start mocking up.
My dad just installed his Tnt long arm kit. Im pretty confident that i could truss my d60 and make my own upper and lower links using the tnt geometry to copy.
Any advice appreciated. Joint recomendation for control arms?

If you're going to run two radius arms you'll want rubber at the axle and hard joints everywhere else.

Rubicon Express, Ballistic, or any other rebuildable cartridge joint is fine.

is it possible to use the extended bds radius arm i have with the axle now, and fab up custom mounts on my xj? Maybe i could reuse my 6" bds coils and fab up a new uppercoil mount?

custom track bar shouldnt be an issue, in the long run, that may be the way for me to go. reuse recycle redo?
