Shackle Relocation Bracket into Tow Point?

I was wondering what you guys thought of using the rear hole in the shackle relocation bracket as a tow point. I have them bolted and welded on. I was thinking of bolting or welding a bracket on to use as tow points.

What do you think?

I dont know If I'd go that far as to use it as a tow point. I plan on tying my cage to them, along with several other points

I have the relocation brackets and even though they are a solid unit securely bolted and welded to my rig I would not use them for a tow point IMHO.

they would probly hold... but i they didnt or you bent one... your "crap" out of luck...

More realistic is that they are not connected together or anything else.If you had them mounted/connected like a receiver hitch than Id say you would be good,but most likely that would be done with a bumper.
