Bullfrog

I am thinking of running BULLFROG this month..March20th/2010..As of right now it is a friend and i going out to run it..We have gone out before but didn't find the complete trail...I want to run the full trail..I have lockers front and rear on 6.5 lift with 33's...My friends rig is a bronco, locked and rolling on 37's...If we can get done in a good time, i would like to look at cake walk.

Would this be wise for a day trip? Both trails in a day?

Both trails are kinda like one trail. They crisscross eachother throughout the entire trail. You can easily run parts of bullfrog and cakewalk. I didn't feel like there was one designated trail. It seemed like it was just a large area of interlocking trails. You have the two main trails, but then there seems to be a bunch of little connector trails mixed in their. It's very easy to get confused and lost. We had a hard time staying on just Bull frog. When I ran it last month, I was often confused on which one I was on. By the time we would find another sign we would realize we were on Cakewalk for that section when we thought we were on Bullfrog. We tried to backtrack and cover both trails completely. I would guess we hit about 80% of both trails by the end of the day. We arrived at about 9:30 am and were heading back around 3:30 pm. The two trails are awesome.

We went last year and it wasn't marked, so we found a little of it...But i hear it is marked again so we are going out to see and run it..It looks like a fun trail...

Hollywood i don't own a GPS unit..Most of my stuff is from the seat of my pants..LOL..
