They found Amber

I heard on the news yesterday and read on the net today they found the remains of Amber Dubois on Sat near Pala. This one made me more sad than other cases I have heard about for some reason. I guess it was the innocence and kindness evident in her face in the pictures they posted of her on the posters. The killer is most likely the guy who was arrested for the killing of Chelsea King who'se remains were found a week ago but have not been positively identified yet. My condolences to the families of the two girls and may their killer get the worst possible punishment for what he has done, RIP girls :(

Yeah, I don't know if John Gardner killed Amber Dubois or whether the interest & sympathy from the Chelsea King murder made someone come forward. I am both heartbroken and relieved for Amber's family. I never met her, but I've known her stepdad for 13 years, and this last year has been hell for him. I can't imagine (and don't ever want to find out!!) what hell her whole family has gone through. Hopefully having some sort of closure, no matter how awful, will let them all carry on.
