cluster swap, fried computer.

WTF??

as i said in this thread, removed gauge cluster, car will not start, after i removed the cluster, the car would not start. Had it at a buddy of mine's shop today, and it would communicate with their software. Looks like the computer is friend..

how would this have happened?
