So After my lift install i've been going back through checking things on a regular bases every couple of days. I finally received the correct length DS from IRO and decided to put my front DS back in the front and the new to the rear. I've noticed this vib right below my feet while driving. (55+) Not at all in the steering or the seat. First thing that comes to mind is U joint starting to go bad. So when i get home i grab the Re-man. rear shaft from IRO and shake it. Nice and tight. Move to the front and notice a little movement towards the CV side. (right under the driver floor board) But when i shake it, it seems to be the transfer case shaft/yoke that is moving a little. Now the seal isn't leaking but is it possible the bearing might be on it's way out? or is that normal?

There's normally some axial play (meaning the shaft moves in and out of the t-case) and that's no biggy. If you have much axial play (shaft moves up and down) then you may need a new bearing.

I just noticed I said "axial play" twice, the second one should have said "radial play".

My front yoke does have a very, very, very small amount of play. I mean very small play. Also the new NV241OR tcase also has a small amount of play. Hope that helps.\
