the Toy Drive is another long-standing traditonm with EC4WDA Region D. your donation will be donated locally here in the area we wheel in to the local Toys For Tots center. we are planning to run 3 groups rated on their desired difficulty. some will be running on private land and others wil run another local trail a short drive up the road.

DONATIONS MUST BE A NEW, UNWRAPPED TOY. boys and girls of all ages will receive your gifts.

as with the Food Drive, we arent taking a head count ahead of time but you are urged to keep the thread active with discussion.

i have finalized the plan to have he USMC on hand with a Humvee at the Massachusetts toy drive to accept our donation...

hmm.. maybe they'll wheel it too?? :twisted:

to run the Westfield property you need to be legally street drivable, because there is a short drive on a major road. there is a different trail planned for those who do not fit that bill

its open to anyone, just make sure you have a minimal reqirements on your rig likem to points frt&rear, tow strap without hooks, full size spare, jack, fire extingisher and firstaid kit

yeah it's a charity drive.. EVERYONE is welcome.. and as Rob so eloquently stated before, you need to have the basic trail equipment to run.

IT'S THIS WEEKEND GUYS!! hope to see some of you there.

once again some awesome wheeling came and went with no NAXJA participation.. :dunno: we gathered about 35 rigs ranging from total stock rigs to insane tube-buggies. 3 trails were covered and aside from a little cold everyone enjoyed it. our donation for Toys For Tots filled the 8' bed of an F-350 and the back of an H1 "wagon".. these opportunities to run private land like this dont come around very often. take advantage of them when you see them.
