CAD perma lok.

hey guys how's it going? anyway i was looking for a way to perma lok my cad for my 91 jeep xj 5spd. and links or pictures from a home made perma lok

Drill a hole through the AL shift fork and use a 1/4" grade 8 bolt, 2 nuts, and some lock tite to keep it engaged permanently.

Very simple

Get a stack of like 3/8" washers about an inch and a half tall.
Take the cover off.
Take the E clips off the shaft the fork slides on.
Put the washers on the shaft.
Replace the one E clip that keeps the shaft from coming out of the cover.
Slide the collar on the axle over to engage it.
Align the fork over the collar as you're butting the cover back.
Plug the vacuum lines and ports.

Done
