Smooth Wheel Covers?

I've seen a couple of Jeeps around the net with smooth wheel covers, like you see on cars breaking land speed records.

I've ran a couple of searches for "smooth wheels", "smooth wheel covers", etc., but didn't come up with anything.

Anybody have information on these? Where can I find them? Can they be fitted to stock 97-up steelies?

I guess that's what they look like clean. All of them I've seen have been covered with mud, haha. Where did the pic come from? Any info? I expected them to be brushed stainless or something...didn't really expect faux chrome.
