i recently blew my engine and dont realy have money to buy a new or used one. my brother has one thats been sitting outsite for a couple years and i was wondering if it is still ok to use and what it would take to clean the rust and stuff.

Probably not a good idea. The cylinder bores will be rusted unless they were oiled. Skip it.

Yeah once moisture and stuff gets to it then its hard to make it useable again without lots of work. I would try your local craigslist or call around to a few junkyards. I've seen running 4.0's go for 200 bucks.
