I have a set of 5 Outlaw II 15" X 7.5" rims with the 4.5 on 5 bolt pattern. I am currently running Maxxis Bighorns 35x12.5 on the outlaw II's. I would prefer to run an 8" wide rim with deeper back spacing. I am looking for some black Crager soft 8s or similar. My Outlaw II's go for about $100 a piece. I am willing to do a direct swap for the Cragers, which run about $50 a piece. My outlaws are in great shape. I will post up pics when I get off work today. The only expense I will ask you to cover, will be to cover the cost to mount and balance the new tire arrangement. I will probably need you to meet me at a tire shop. I know Walmart charges $40 to mount and balance a set of tires. If you only have 4 rims, I am still interested, but I would have to keep my 5th outlaw II for my spare. Here's a link to my rims.

I love my Outlaws and the way they look, but they just don't meet my needs. I am probably going to go 37's and I need a deeper back space rim. My 35's already rub a little on my long arms. The 37's would be horrible with rubbing. I also want to go with a wider rim when I go 37's. Even if I stick with 35's, the deeper and wider rim will give me a wider stance and and more stable center of gravity and remove my rubbing issue.

would it not be more stress on your Unit bearings?

I just realized that the link to the rims is for a 10" wide rim. I have 7.5" wide rims. I didn't mean to confuse anyone. I tried to find a link for the 7.5" wide rim, but they no longer sale that size. They have the 7" or 8" wide only.

Are you asking if it would be more stress on my bearings for going with bigger tires or deeper rims? Either way, I'm not worried. My built d44's front and rear, upgraded stearing, driveshafts, etc. should have no problem handling slightly bigger tires and wider rims.

Thanks for the info. That makes a lot more sense. I looked all over the internet to find a 7.5" wide outlaw with no luck.

Alright heres an update. The rims are 7" wide and not 7.5". Sorry for the bad info.
Here is the link for the correct rim. They are a little less expensive.

Bump. I'm surprised no repsonses yet. I have had numerous people ask to buy my rims. Maybe I need to make the deal a little sweeter. Let's say I cover the cost to mount and balance your rims onto my tires. You would have NO out of pocket cost. Just meet me at a tire shop and we will do the switch. Here are some pics of the rims. I tried to go out and take pics today but the snow was WAY too deep. These are from a few months back. The rims are still in excellent condition.

It will cost me $200 to get a set of Crager Soft 8's so that is what I would sale my Outlaw II's for. I don't have any cash right now so I HAVE to sale them for that price. That is about 1/2 what they would cost if you bought them new. The only issue is that this is currently my DD. I have to have the vehicle to get around in the snow right now. So I can't just take them off and sale them. I would have to meet you at a tire shop and do the sale there. Not the ideal situation, but that's the deal.

ah, ok. I can get the same rims but 5 with tires up in victoville. If you come up on some cash from income tax or anything i would be willing to pay 150.
Keep me in mind. Looking for some Really soon!

I will keep you in mind. Right now, I am not in a huge hurry. I still have some decent tread left on my tires, so it would probably be a couple months before I HAVE to buy new tires and rims.

Oh yeah!! That would look classic. Stock rims and tires on a 8" lifted XJ. Even better.. stock rims on 37" tires. That would be some serious donut tires with some major rubbing. At least I would then fit in with the 909. All I need is some "SKIN" stickers to be legit.
