He screwed up. If I was the kid in the XJ id save this video and go straight to the police. He was assaulted in his own vehicle and it caused physical damage to his vehicle and another vehicle in the process. Im thinking jail time and a lawsuit are in order here.

Looks to me the kid driving the Jeep was setup...with camera rolling. Which makes this a premeditated assault.

Once it's found out what state/county this happened in the police should be made aware of it....and youtube will have to handle over the posters ISP to eventually identify the assailant.
