Brakes D35/C8.25

Are the drum brakes from a D35 interchangeable with Drum brakes on a C8.25?? Also I read you can put ZJ C8.25 discs on a XJ C8.25 is it true?
 
ZJ D35 disks, KJ 8.25 disks, Ford Crown Vic disks and Explorer 8.8 disks have all been installed on the XJ Chry 8.25. Only the KJ 8.25 disks are a bolt on swap. Use the NAXJA Search function or Google, there are numerous technical write-ups for the swap.
 
Its depends on the year if you dont want modify them to fit.
