HP30 and 29spl 8.25

So, with my latest project complete, i have some extra stuff layin' around, lookin' for a new home...
HP30 from a 99... complete minus brake rotors and calipers. the bad: it has a "whine"... probably from the gears, although i never heard it.
and a 29 spline 8.25... needs new brakes (shoes for sure, maybe not drums) i have the brake parts in a box in the shed...
both axles are stock gears, 3.55

also have a set of spare shafts for the 8.25...
looking to get $350 for both axles and the spare shafts,
or i can sell the shafts for $75, and the axles for $300...
i can help with delivery, as they just happen to be sitting on a trailer :) ...for some fuel money
otherwise, they are located in chattanooga (I-75 exit 3)
