question on electric and crank doors

I have a 1999 XJ limited and it's electric. I found a color matching door that is crank. Can I use this door and put the electric in it?

Usually yes, just transfer the window regulator from your original door. Might have to drill out rivets..

Update:

FYI for anyone that wants to turn a crank door into an electric door on 97-01 XJ's.

There is no need to drill any holes!

All you need to do is simply swap out all the parts inside! It was that easy. Be sure to have the window almost in the down position so it's easy to unscrew the glass and remove it. I didn't do that and now I have to wait until I hang and hook up the door before putting window back in.
